i made a new banner!

the old one felt really gray and outdated... and DEAD. plus i just HAD to use avi's little henchman, crow, as a subject. so the crows in the picture aren't actually "the crow" (am i confusing you yet?) because this is supposed to go along with the advertisement russ and i have in the works. (check the staff board, russ, for updates.) the real crow is on the bottom picture. i hope you love it!}
